Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return when contacting us.

Return Process & Shipping
- Approved Returns:
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and step-by-step return instructions. - Defective or Damaged Items:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Contact us for repair or replacement options. If the issue can’t be resolved, you’ll receive a refund or a replacement. - Customer Choice Returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered):
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a product price refund. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking & Exchanges

Refund Process
