At FreshFlowAqua, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return when contacting us.

Returns must be authorized before being shipped. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process & Shipping

  • Approved Returns:
    Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and step-by-step return instructions.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Contact us for repair or replacement options. If the issue can’t be resolved, you’ll receive a refund or a replacement.
  • Customer Choice Returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered):
    You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a product price refund. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking & Exchanges

  • Restocking Fee:
    We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Exchanges:
    If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If more than 5 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@freshflowaqua.com.


Order Cancellations

If your order is canceled due to unavailability or a processing error, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
